Get optimum results from your conference in these relaxing surroundings and enjoy our views during breaks and lunch.The conference centre comfortably accommodates up to 80 to 130 delegates, which depends on the required layout of tables and seating for a conference. Standard equipment such as flipchart, white board and a pull-down screen for data projection are provided. A data projector can be hired by arrangement. When booking the Rondekuil Venue for a conference or other functions, this entitles our Client and their delegates to the exclusive use of the entire venue, including the restaurant, bar facilities, balcony and the extensive fenced off area (with lawns and trees) surrounding the venue. Conferencing Rates
Paper, pens, flipchart paper and markers, water and mints are all included. The above “Full and Half Day” rates are reduced by 15% for delegates who also make use of the comfortable overnight accommodation facilities available at Rondekuil.
