Rondekuil B&B now offers quality conferencing as well. The venue is only a 10 minute drive from Durbanville and 30 minutes from the Cape Town CBD. Get optimum results from your conference in these relaxing surroundings and enjoy our views during breaks and lunch.

The conference centre comfortably accommodates up to 80 to 130 delegates, which depends on the required layout of tables and seating for a conference. Standard equipment such as flipchart, white board and a pull-down screen for data projection are provided. A data projector can be hired by arrangement.

Conferencing Rates

Full Day	R260 per delegate
Half Day including lunch	R230 per delegate
Half Day - no lunch	R200 per delegate
Special dietary requirements surcharge	R35 – R80 per delegate
Minimum total fee for conferencing	R1100 per day

Paper, pens, flipchart paper and markers, water and mints are all included.

The above “Full and Half Day” rates are reduced by 15% for participants who also make use of the comfortable overnight accommodation facilities available at Rondekuil.

Rental of venue only (no catering)
Cost per head (up to 130 delegates)	R70 per day per delegate
Minimum rental	R1 100 per day

The venue is also an ideal location for advertising and movie shoots as well as for new product launches and other marketing activities.
