The Rondawel comfortably sleeps six and has a main bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, and another two bedrooms, which share a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area as well as the recreation room on the mezzanine floor provide adequate, comfortable space for entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped.
The large garden with shaded areas, surrounding the Rondawel, is fully enclosed so pets can be allowed to exercise safely in this area. Ideal for the larger more active dogs who love to romp around the garden in safety.
Old Farm House
The Old Farm House has been divided into three separate, comfortable accommodation units, each with a double bedroom, their own kitchen and bathroom. These units are normally let out on a medium-to long-term bases, but are periodically available for short-term lets.
Each unit has its own entrance and, being an original old farm house, the rooms are large and the walls relatively thick, making for good privacy and pleasant room temperatures. The house has plenty of old-world charm and character and has verandas and gardens, which are nice for relaxing and entertaining. Each unit has a double bedroom, but there is ample space to accommodate additional beds, if required. The units are “petfriendly”, with suitably enclosed gardens and grassed areas.
Country Lodge1 is a large unit with a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom an open-plan kitchen-lounge-dining room. From the veranda there are lovely views of the countryside and Table Mountain. This unit has a large, enclosed garden making it suitable for retaining most pets.
Country Lodge 4 and 5 are cosy double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. These two units share a large lawned enclosed garden, which is suitable to retain most pets.
Each cottage sleeps four, while both of the two bedrooms, in each cottage, have en-suite bathrooms. The cottages' kitchenettes have granite working surfaces, are adequately equipped. The cottages have reed ceilings and each cottage has a front veranda where guests can relax in an easy chair and enjoy stunning views while overlooking the pool, dam, a landscaped garden, farmlands and the river area.
The Leeulaagte Cottages do not have enclosed gardens, but there is an enclosed area with a gate, behind Cottage No.2 with a high fence where dogs can be contained. These cottages are ideal for couples who travel with their relatively subdued pets as companions.
