The Rondekuil Conference Venue comfortably accommodates up to 180 delegates, with the maximum number of delegates depending on the required layout of tables and seating for your meeting or conference.

When booking a Rondekuil venue for a conference or other functions, clients and their delegates are fully entitled to make use of the entire venue and all it has to offer, including the bar facilities, balcony and the extensive fenced off area (with lawns and trees) surrounding the venues.

Our various accommodation options at Rondekuil can comfortably sleep up to 24 delegates, which makes our estate an ideal choice for conducting productive strategy sessions, training and for team building programmes. Clients can choose between self catering units, or bed and breakfast options. In the event of there being more delegates than can be accommodated at Rondekuil, our Management Team is always happy to arrange for additional suitable accommodation in nearby Durbanville guest houses, which are only a 10-minute pleasant drive from Rondekuil.

The two Country Lodge Conference Venues, which seats up to 20 to 30 delegates (depending on table layout), are ideal for conducting productive smaller conferences, strategy sessions, training and for team building programmes.

When hosting your conference or meeting here, standard equipment such as a flipchart, white board and a pull-down screen for data projection are provided. A data projector can be hired by prior arrangement.

 Full Day  R350 per delegate
 Half Day including lunch  R300 per delegate
 Half Day - no lunch  R250 per delegate
 Special dietary requirements surcharge  R35 - R80 per delegate
 Minimum total fee for conferencing  R1 400 per day
