The Old Farm House 2

The Old Farm House offers luxurious accommodation that will have guests feeling relaxed as soon as they arrive. The Old Farm House has been divided into three separate, self-catering comfortable accommodation apartments, each with one or two double bedrooms, lounge and dining room, as well as its own kitchen and bathroom. The units are normally let out on a medium- to long-term basis, but are periodically available for short-term lets. 

Each unit has its own entrance and, being an original old farm house, the rooms are large and the walls relatively thick, making for good privacy and pleasant room temperatures. The house has plenty of old-world charm and character and has verandas and gardens, which are ideal for relaxing and entertaining. There are nice enclosed gardens and grassed areas.

Old Farm House 2

This unit comprises a double bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen and a lounge-cum-dining room.

There is a nice veranda and front garden where guests can relax on easy chairs and enjoy a braai/barbeque.

Should guests need one or two beds extra for their families, then additional single beds or double bunk (suitable only for children) can be provided in the lounge area. The cost will be R150 per night for each extra guest.

Please confirm your requirements, in terms of additional beds, at least 2 days before your arrival.

The above rates are only a guideline. Rates are subject to change during peak summer, off-peak summer and low winter seasons. The rates given above are for the 2023/4 off-peak summer season and are applicable from 1 September 2023 until 31 May 2024. A small premium might be charged for weekends.
Medium- to long-term rentals are negotiable down to R14 000 per month, with the actual rental depending on when the apartment is needed and the length of the rental period.

Booking Terms

Cancellation Polcy

Cancellations made days before booking check-in date : Percent forfeited
0 to 7 days : 100% of total booking cost
8 to 14 days : 80% of deposit
15 to 28 days : 40% of deposit
29 to 56 days : 20% of deposit

Please note: Refunds are made within 7 days AFTER the guest departure date given on  the cancelled booking.
